Very disappointing experience, especially because of the customer service. Lizbeth in particular had an extremely poor attitude and made the experience much worse than it needed to be. The car wash itself does an average job and honestly doesn’t clean the car that well, but for around $30 unlimited washes, I understand you can only expect so much. The biggest problem is the employees and customer service. I would give the customer service 0 stars if I could. Management seriously needs to look into better training or hiring employees who know how to speak to and treat customers respectfully.

This place is amazing for a quick in and out carwash. It is all automated, no hand wash. I love that they have attendants at the pay stations to make sure the line keeps moving smoothly. I also love the free vacuum and cleaning stations with windex infused towels and super powerful vacuums. Definitely my go-to place to keep my car clean.

They claim to guarantee your car gets clean. I have not found this to be totally true. Many times I have to go through again in order for it to be decent and I still must finish getting off the dirt or whatever gets on my car myself. I am glad gor all of the services but cleanliness changed with the changes made to the system.

I have been coming to this car wash every month for the past couple of years, and I’ve generally been satisfied. However, for the second month in a row now, the sides and the rear of my car have not been cleaned properly. I really hope this issue can be fixed, because I would like to continue using this car wash. It has a great location and the vacuum is very convenient, although sometimes it is clogged or the hose is damaged. With a bit more attention to maintenance and wash quality, this place could be excellent again.

It's a car wash, that's it. You have to pay to vacuum - I don't like that. I didn't see that they offered free microfibers to wipe down your car. It's on a busy corner, and even if they did offer free vacuuming, it would be so full & and busy. I think I would just say forget it. They'll get you in & out quickly, and the machinery seems to be in good condition. Staff was friendly. I would go back again for a quick run-through, but for $16, that's just a lot.
